Agriculture is what got us our community name. Alfalfa (lucerne) has been grown here for decades and fruits and nuts grow very well, too. Alfalfa, pistachios, almonds, apples and pears seem to be the most popular cash crops. Our fertile valley land is priced right with good quality water in good supply.
Home gardens and orchards are easy to maintain and there is nothing that can compare with fresh fruit picked right from the tree.
